His voice is a lonely gravel road that is in use
You hear the band play along either soft or harsh
Either way it is good and thousands of people are watching
You can hear the crowd clap as loud as an elephant or as quiet as a mouse
26 years later, this is still being played
Maybe not by many but there still are a few
A few who listen whether or not they are fourteen or lived through this day
This special made history for the grunge era
And the worst is he never got to know it
We as a whole have to keep on supporting the music that came from the 1990’s grunge era
